How to become a member of the Czech-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce
If you want to become a member of the Czech-Brazilian Chamber of
Commerce, proceed please follow the steps below:
1 - Fill out the form below - Form

2 - Send the form to e-mail info@czbrcham.cz
3 – After receiving the application registration number to your
e-mail, proceed payment of the membership fee as indicated
in the form and do not forget state the registration number
obtained.
The Czech-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce will send you a deposit
confirmation by e-mail membership fee and registration
number.

In case of any request for the services of the Chamber of Commerce, we
recommend it members to send us their
registration number, for quick verification, whether these services will
be provided to you free of charge or as the
case may be through special discounts.

Membership in the Chamber
1.Members of the Chamber can be individuals and legal entities from the
Czech Republic and the Federative Republic of
Brazil, or from other countries, companies, institutes, and institutions
operating in the Czech Republic and Brazil, or
in other countries, whose legal capacity is not limited in any way, who
will contribute to the achievement of the
above-mentioned goals of the Chamber and who will pay the membership
fee. Membership in the Chamber arises from entry in
the Chamber's member list and payment of the membership fee. The Board
will review each application for membership in
the Chamber and the Board decides on the acceptance of a member and
entry in the member list.
2.The Board may grant honorary membership in the Chamber free of charge
to Czech and foreign institutions, institutes,
companies, and individuals who have contributed to the establishment and
development of the Chamber's activities and to
the development of cooperation between the Czech Republic and Brazil.
Honorary members of the Chamber may participate in
the general assembly and meetings of other Chamber bodies with an
advisory vote, and may work in sections, branches,
representations, and delegations.
3. Membership in the Chamber is annual and if not terminated by sending
a registered letter to the president at least one
month before its expiration, it is automatically extended each
year.
4. Members of the Chamber have voting rights, which they use to
participate in the Chamber's decisions. Each member has one
vote, regardless of the amount of the membership fee paid by them.
5. Each member may formulate their proposals, which must be submitted to
the president of the Chamber to be included in the
agenda of the general assembly.
6. Membership in the Chamber ends:
a) by the member's withdrawal from the chamber, effective on the day of
receipt of written notification by the Board
b) by termination of membership, which can be terminated for the
following reasons:
ba) the member violates the Chamber's statutes or acts in stark contrast
to the goals and principles of the Chamber
repeatedly and demonstrably, damaging its interests and good name
bb) bankruptcy was declared on the member's property in accordance with
the law no. 328/1991 Coll., on bankruptcy and
settlement, in its current wording, or the subject of its activity has
changed so much that it no longer complies with
the conditions and objectives of the Chamber
bc) the member is in arrears with payment of the contribution according
to these statutes, despite having been repeatedly
warned of this delay
bd) the member repeatedly fails to comply with the decisions of the
Chamber's bodies
be)the member – an individual has been definitively convicted of an
intentional criminal offense or a criminal offense
committed through negligence, if such a crime is related to the business
or public activities of such a person.
c) by termination of membership due to the member's entry into
liquidation or in the case of an individual, by death
7. A member of the Chamber has the right to appeal against the decision
to terminate membership to the general assembly
through the president of the Chamber, and the written and properly
justified appeal must be delivered in writing to the
president of the Chamber within 15 days from the receipt of the
notification of termination of membership.
The decision to terminate membership must be communicated to the member
by registered letter.
8. In the event of termination of membership in any form, membership fees
are not refunded.
